 Head Up Community Care is a mental health Occupational Therapy service that applies a biopsychosocial model to client care. Our job is to work closely with you and those close to you to maximise your independence and improve your quality of life. Ours is a Medicare and Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) approved Occupational Therapy service. Our focus is on the mental health and wellbeing needs of our clients. 

Located in the inner west of Melbourne we offer a range of services from one to one counselling to deeper psychotherapy. You may be looking to improve your ability to perform tasks in your home including self-care, access to your community or exploring housing options. We can help with a wide range of interventions that are tailored to your needs and your hopes and aspirations for the future.
